- Coordinating monitoring activities at clinical trial sites and resolving site issues
- Assisting in preparation and review of regulatory documents to ensure GCP compliance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support trial sites throughout the lifecycle
- Tracking site performance metrics, analyzing data, and producing reports to improve site management
- Participating in training initiatives and mentoring junior staff in clinical trial management

Responsabilidades





- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research
- Fluent in English and Greek with strong communication skills
- Experience in clinical research, site management or monitoring with solid understanding of clinical trial processes and GCP
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%
- Eligible to work legally in the role's country
