Experteer Overview

In this role you’ll help launch Chats, an AI-native product built from the ground up. You’ll shape core architecture and end-to-end delivery, working with a small, high-ambition team in a startup-like environment. You’ll partner with product and design to translate customer feedback into real features, aiming to create a seamless, agent-powered experience at scale.

This is a hands-on role with impact across stack and product culture, offering a rare chance to redefine how software is built with AI from day one.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Build Chats from zero, making critical architecture decisions and delivering features used by customers
- Design and ship experiences where AI and agents are central, not add-ons
- Work across the stack (Rails on backend, React on web, React Native on mobile)
- Adapt priorities and scope rapidly as learning happens
- Collaborate closely with product and design to shape Chats based on user feedback




- Help define team practices, quality bar, and day-to-day working norms

Responsabilidades

- Built products in high-ambiguity environments from zero to launch
- Comfort with shifting priorities and incomplete requirements
- Fullstack experience (Rails/React/React Native) or deep React Native expertise
- Experience with real AI- or agent-powered systems
- Solid software engineering background with end-to-end ownership
- Strong English communication in a multicultural team
- Bonus: experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, MCP or similar AI protocols
