About the role We are looking for a talented professional to join an international technical support team as a Flavourist. In this role, you will support flavour creation and development projects across integral markets, working closely with local technical teams in various regions.

Key responsibilities: Manage and deliver flavour development projects.
Conduct analytical work using chromatographic techniques and mass spectrometry to develop, characterise, and validate flavours for food applications.

What’s on offer: Permanent, full-time position

Salary up to €65,000 plus housing allowance

1. 5-hour working week:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
Friday: 8:00–14:30 (15-minute break)
Flexible working hours (±1 hour on start/finish times)

Requirements: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years’ experience in flavour development or chromatographic analysis
Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40 days per year)
Strong IT skills

Adaptable, proactive, and able to take initiative
