- Proven experience or strong potential in business functions such as Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, or Strategy.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset, flexibility, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
