As the supply team has grown to around 30 people across regions, the need for a dedicated operational leader has become clear. Your job is to bring clear structure: ownership, processes, SLAs,



and reporting that the team can actually run on. /p pA good way to think of it: you build the operational backbone behind one of the company’s biggest growth targets, and act as the connective tissue between the technical and commercial sides of the business. /p h3What Makes It Interesting /h3 ul liYou lead a team from day one: 15 people across Onboarding, Loading, and Connectivity, within a broader supply org of around 30 /li liThere are no legacy processes to untangle. You design the SOPs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks from scratch and see your fingerprint on how the entire supply org operates /li liYou sit at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Commercial, and Account Management, a rare perspective to understand how the whole business actually works /li liHotel onboarding, inventory loading, and supplier connectivity are hard to get right at scale. You get to bring real structure and rigor to that problem /li /ul h3Problems You’ll Work On /h3 ul liHow do we get new supply partners onboarded on time, every time, without bottlenecks? /li liHow do we make sure hotel inventory and rates are loaded correctly and efficiently into the system? /li liWhen a supplier connection breaks, who owns fixing it, and how fast can we resolve it? /li liHow do we build dashboards and metrics so the business actually understands how supply is performing? /li liHow do we forecast the volume of onboarding and connectivity work coming in, so we can plan capacity ahead of it? /li liWhat is being done manually today that should be automated through tools like HubSpot and Jira? /li /ul h3This Role Fits Someone Who /h3 ul liHas 8+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Operations,
