As Process Intelligence u0026amp; Analytics Specialist, you drive end-to-end process analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities, leveraging process intelligence across Information Systems and Corporate Functions. You translate business needs into high-impact use cases and help scale Process Intelligence as a strategic capability. You’ll contribute to laying the foundation for agentic AI with robust process semantics. You join a cross-functional team focused on delivering measurable business value and transformative outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of experience translating data into measurable business outcomes through process mining, analytics, AI, or process optimization
• Hands-on experience with data u0026 analytics technologies; experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, Celonis, Signavio or equivalent
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build trusted relationships
• Comfort working across the full value chain xqbhyrx from data engineering to insights and stakeholder influence
• Experience with IT Service Management and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, or Salesforce; ITIL v4 certification is a plus
• Valid Spanish work permit
• Master's degree preferred in related fields (not strictly required)
