In this general leadership role, you will steer regulatory strategy and asset value across the lifecycle of UPL’s products. You’ll partner with Ru0026amp;D, Commercial, and Finance to enable compliant, timely market access and optimize the product portfolio. You will shape global regulatory science capabilities and drive lifecycle planning to support growth and innovation. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure regulatory excellence and maximize asset value.

• Oversee global regulatory compliance and product registrations across key markets (India, US, EU, LATAM, APAC, Africa)
• Provide strategic regulatory guidance across the product development lifecycle and monitor evolving frameworks
• Lead strategic management of the global asset portfolio, including governance, prioritization, and investment decisions
• Drive lifecycle management strategies such as registrations, label expansions, line extensions, and market expansion
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term regulatory and asset strategies aligned with growth and sustainability goals
• Lead a global team of regulatory affairs, regulatory science, and asset management professionals
• Monitor regulatory trends and competitive landscape to inform portfolio decisions and opportunities
Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in regulatory affairs, life sciences, agriculture, biotechnology, chemistry, environmental science, business administration or related discipline; Ph.D. preferred
• Minimum 15 years in Regulatory xqbhyrx Affairs/Regulatory Science, Product Development, or related fields within agrochemical, crop protection, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of EU, US, APAC, LATAM, and Africa regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in portfolio and lifecycle management and strategic investment decisions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
