As a Senior Audit Data Analyst in Group Internal Audit (GIA), you'll combine advanced analytics expertise with agile ways of working to support risk-based auditing and help Swiss Re achieve its vision of resilience. /p h3About the role /h3 pIn this role, you will lead and develop data-driven audit approaches by partnering with auditors to understand key risks, controls and business processes. You will identify and acquire the required data, perform analytical assessments, and discuss insights with both audit teams and auditees to support informed decision-making. /p pBeyond delivering analytics solutions, you will contribute to advancing data-driven auditing across GIA by sharing your expertise, coaching junior analysts and auditors, and helping strengthen analytics capabilities within the function. /p pThe Audit Analytics Center of Expertise equips GIA with advanced analytics capabilities and a team of specialists dedicated to delivering end-to-end solutions that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of internal auditing at Swiss Re. /p h3About the team /h3 pGroup Internal Audit provides independent and objective assurance to the Board of Directors and Group Executive Committee, helping protect Swiss Re's assets, reputation and long-term sustainability. Through our audits, we assess the effectiveness of internal controls, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver insights that help strengthen the organization's operations. /p h3About you /h3 pEducation and experience: /p ul liUniversity degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. /li liMinimum 7 years of relevant professional experience. /li liStrong proficiency in SQL and Python. /li liExperience translating business requirements into analytical use cases. /li liProven ability to manage end-to-end analytics delivery. /li liExperience working in agile environments and applying agile practices.



/li liExperience working with Internal Audit or other assurance functions, such as Risk Management or Compliance (preferred). /li liProven experience developing GenAI assistants and agents, and applying them across the audit lifecycle, including risk assessment, audit scoping, control testing and reporting. /li liExperience applying machine learning techniques to solve business problems (preferred). /li /ul pPersonal skills: /p ul liCritical thinker that sees the "big picture" (e.g. overall themes, trends, goals), generates innovative ideas and solutions to problems and makes recommendations in the face of complexity, conflicting pressures and ambiguous circumstances. /li liProfessional communicator, able to gain and maintain a trusted relationship while delivering difficult messages. /li liStructured analyst, capable to adopt and use data-driven auditing, including data analytics, to assess risks, scope audits and test controls. Strong attention to detail. /li liTeam worker, able to listen to others but also influence in order to see the wider picture and achieve a vision. /li /ul pFor Spain, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 56,000 and EUR 94,000 for a full-time role. /p pThe specific salary offered considers: /p ul liThe requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role. /li liThe applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience. /li /ul pIn the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.
