The Lead Product Manager will support the utilization of our team's tools to define and coordinate impactful and meaningful LiveOps strategies into games, drive tool product strategy, and be a strong mentor for other PMs on the team. /p ul liDrive the vision, strategy,



and roadmap for scalable LiveOps strategies used across multiple games and teams /li liPartner cross‑functionally with game teams, central tech, data science, and operations to define high‑leverage product opportunities /li liDefine and monitor product KPIs across games to continuously improve strategy effectiveness, operational efficiency, and tool adoption. /li liMake the best product and design decisions through data, user behavior, and industry best practices /li liOwn major feature release from conceptualization to feature launch and long‑term feature maintenance, collaborating with all related subject matter experts /li liCreate compelling proposals for new LiveOps strategies, tool features, and capabilities for game and tech teams to utilize /li liAddress risks and leverage opportunities in newly released features and existing features /li liBe a leader and mentor for other PMs on the team and the team /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul li8+ years in product,



with a focus on transformative experiences and making data‑informed decisions /li liHas driven and delivered impactful LiveOps strategies and products from 0 to 1 /li liExperience working on large‑scale products in highly KPI‑driven environments /li liDemonstrated ability to define long‑term product strategy and deliver tangible business outcomes /li liEffective collaborators multipliers to leverage and engage the team to bring the best work and product outcomes /li liStrong leadership and influence skills; capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around a common vision and been an exemplary leader/mentor to others /li liExperience working with Machine Learning products /li liExcellent ability to create clear and thought‑through PRDs.
