We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Advisor to join our boutique at Galería Canalejas, Madrid, delivering an outstanding luxury experience to an international clientele. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service. /li liDevelop strong relationships with local and international clients through proactive clienteling and CRM activities. /li liAchieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPI objectives. /li liPresent and sell Damiani's Fine Jewelry and Luxury Timepieces, sharing the Maison's heritage, craftsmanship, and product expertise. /li liIdentify clients' needs and provide tailored recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences. /li liSupport after-sales service and follow-up to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty. /li liMaintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards and ensure products are presented according to the Maison's guidelines. /li liContribute to inventory management, stock organization, and operational excellence. /li liWork collaboratively with the boutique team to achieve business goals and uphold Damiani's values and image.
