In this role you own the KYC u0026amp; AML product strategy for Spendesk, driving onboarding and ongoing monitoring for users while aligning with regulatory obligations and business goals. You translate regulatory requirements into actionable product decisions, working with compliance, ops, and engineering to deliver compliant, streamlined flows. You’ll lead a critical migration and onboarding improvements that impact activation, accuracy, and efficiency, and you’ll serve as the internal compliance translator across product teams. The role combines product leadership with regulatory excellence to enable scalable growth.

• Define and drive the KYC u0026 AML product strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory obligations
• Oversee rebuilding onboarding flows for individuals and companies to shorten activation time and improve data completion
• Act as internal compliance expert for product, embedding compliance-by-design across the product culture
• Convert regulatory requirements into a prioritized backlog with compliance, KYC-OPS, and engineering
• Define and track new product metrics such as time-to-activation, file completeness at KYC entry, cost per manual case, and straight-through processing




• Support GTM with clear documentation and successful product launches focused on onboarding improvements
• Evaluate and manage relationships with identity verification, monitoring, and compliance infrastructure vendors

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or regulated financial services
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML regulatory frameworks (EU/UK PSD2, MiCA or equivalent)
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear product decisions for engineers and other stakeholders
• Experience owning or rebuilding onboarding or identity verification flows with measurable outcomes
• Familiarity xqbhyrx with financial infrastructure: payment providers, monitoring vendors, identity solutions
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to instrument metrics and drive prioritization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across compliance, operations, and engineering
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in infrastructure and vendor decision-making
