In Madrid, operate in a hybrid setup as the System Architect and Application Responsible for a critical internal app on the Actico Rules platform. You own both operational accountability and architectural decisions, ensuring availability, stability and compliance with enterprise standards. You will drive lifecycle planning, continuous improvement and alignment with target architectures, collaborating across technical, functional and infrastructure teams in a regulated financial services context. This role combines hands-on responsibility with strategic architecture work and a focus on risk-managed modernization.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• own application stability, performance and lifecycle planning
• serve as primary contact for operational, functional and technical inquiries
• perform periodic health checks, performance tuning and capacity forecasting
• control and govern changes with risk assessments and rollback plans
• coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and implement updates




• maintain accurate runbooks and service catalogs
• manage rationalization or decommissioning plans where applicable
• collaborate with Enterprise Architects on enhancements and target architectures
• ensure compliance with IT security baselines and integration standards
• guide modularization, API exposure, observability frameworks and migration strategies
• address technical debt, scalability issues and modernization opportunities
• promote reusability of shared technologies (logging, monitoring, identity management)
