As AIT Manager you will bridge engineering, production and manufacturing to industrialize the telecommunication satellites programs. You join a cross-functional team responsible for end-to-end manufacturing across TOMSA, ensuring quality, on-time delivery and cost control. You will shape the Integrated Project Plan, manage budgets, and drive risk, risk and opportunities assessments. The role offers exposure to multinational collaboration and the chance to influence production rate and quality gates in space hardware projects.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and monitor Integrated Project Planning for manufacturing activities, tools, and MGSE
• Prepare and control production costs and budgets; support new work packages
• Manage EAC deviations and cost control to safeguard schedule and cost targets
• Ensure readiness and execution of quality gates throughout production
• Oversee Spacecraft Production Spain inputs/outputs and risk assessment




• Generate status reports and monitor critical manufacturing areas
• Support continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Production
• Maintain compliance with Company, Quality and Hu0026S standards

Responsabilidades
• Industrial Engineer or Aerospace Engineer Degree or similar
• Min 3 years in project management, manufacturing and financial analysis
• Proactive, autonomous with strong team-working skills
• Leadership xqbhyrx to manage multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in integrated manufacturing teams and in a changing environment
• Organized, disciplined, and compliant with standards; capable of working under pressure
