In this role you will partner with the business to deliver end-to-end HR support across Spain (and potentially other locations), lead employee relations and social dialogue, and drive organizational development. You’ll work closely with leaders, HR Centers of Excellence, and Legal to align people solutions with business priorities. The position offers impact across a fast-growing, science-driven organization focused on patients, with a hybrid Madrid-based model. You will shape workforce strategy, enable compliance, and leverage data to inform decisions.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of equivalent experience (in lieu of degree)
• Minimum 8 years HR experience in biopharma/biotech/pharmaceutical environments
• Experience supporting an international commercial organization preferred
• Deep labor relations expertise (works councils, employee representatives, collective bargaining)
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, regulatory requirements, and European xqbhyrx employment matters
• Experience across full HR spectrum from administration to strategic business partnering
• Fluency in Spanish and English; other languages a plus
• Strong data literacy and proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Suite
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize, negotiate, influence, and challenge constructively
