In this role you will lead after-sales service operations for automation equipment, coordinating in-house and outsourced maintenance and repair. You will ensure timely fault resolution, warranty handling, and comprehensive documentation while aligning with contract requirements. You’ll build and manage a maintenance team, oversee spare parts and on-site activities, and drive service improvements that support the company’s reliability and customer satisfaction goals. This position offers impact across service delivery, contract development, and client training initiatives.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Organize after-sales service for main and auxiliary equipment and oversee warranty-related activities.
• Manage outsourced service providers and monitor their processes and results.
• Form and lead an in-house maintenance and repair team; assign tasks, define responsibilities, and train staff.
• Respond to customer fault feedback, coordinate internal resources for fast reaction, and ensure quick problem resolution.
• Assess fault severity during warranty events, verify facts, and perform repairs within contract timelines with root-cause analysis.




• Oversee online support communications and timely information delivery.
• Prepare internal and external service documentation, create templates, and define service standards and end-to-end processes.
• Participate in development of supply contracts and pricing related to after-sales service.
• Support creation of client training materials and conduct trainings per contract requirements; perform inspections and maintenance.
• Assist in verifying contract documents (maintenance plans, diagrams, etc.).
• Prepare inventory and spare parts management documentation and organize procurement in response to client needs.
• Ensure on-site operations comply with safety standards.
• Lead additional customer projects (software changes, design modifications) when requested.
• Submit internal work reports and compliance statements as required.
Responsabilidades
• Higher technical education, preferred in Mechanical u0026 Automation fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in automation equipment maintenance.
• Familiar with laws and regulations on quality assurance, after-sales service methodologies, and basic labor protection regulations. xqbhyrx
