In this role you will develop and execute strategic partnership plans to grow Alibaba International's presence in the Spain-Madrid market. You will identify and close collaborations with local and international companies, while managing a portfolio of partners to ensure ongoing value. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams, you will drive cross-functional initiatives and campaigns. You will monitor market trends to spot new opportunities and shape partnership strategy with a focus on revenue growth.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Above 3 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in e-commerce, technology, or B2B
• Proven track record of establishing and nurturing xqbhyrx partnerships to drive business growth
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent in Italian and English; Chinese a plus
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with problem-solving abilities and multi-project management
• Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis, communication, or workflow automation is a strong advantage
