In this role you will lead strategic MRO procurement for the EMEA region, shaping sourcing strategies and negotiating value-rich agreements in line with PPG policies. You will oversee projects, supplier relationships, and RFP processes to support Global and EMEA strategies. You’ll drive cost reductions and supplier performance improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a global, innovation-driven opportunity to impact procurement at scale.

• Prepare annual category plans to harmonize regional activities
• Develop global/regional strategic sourcing projects for critical categories
• Identify and implement cost reductions and cost avoidance through category knowledge
• Collaborate with functional teams and Local Buyers to optimize bid projects
• Conduct communications with leadership on suppliers, projects, and forward needs




• Collaborate with Strategic Business Units, Functional Teams, and Procurement partners
• Utilize spend management tools to issue RFIs, RFPs, and reverse auctions for global sourcing
• Continuously evaluate supplier performance and drive improvements
• Ensure ethical purchasing and comply with Corporate Purchasing Policies
• Promote world-class purchasing practices

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing-related services strategic sourcing and management
• 2+ years in regional or global project management with proven results
• xqbhyrx Proficiency in establishing contracts, monitoring performance, and issue resolution
• Ability to act with autonomy
• Strong vendor negotiation and project leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and apply strategic frameworks
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time
