In this role you safeguard Allianz's information by aligning security operations with governance and regulatory requirements. You will partner with the Cyber Defense Center and global IT teams to mature audit-ready processes and controls. You will drive regulatory initiatives like DORA and embed security compliance across the organization. This position offers international collaboration, a chance to influence security at scale, and meaningful impact on risk management.

• Define and manage end-to-end audit processes with evidence collection and audit-ready materials
• Coordinate internal and external audits for general security incident processes and ensure timely evidence delivery
• Oversee security controls implementation with IS Governance and develop actionable compliance plans
• Identify opportunities for controls automation and continuous monitoring
• Support development and ongoing improvement of the global security incident response process
• Contribute to regulatory requirements implementation (e.g., DORA)
• Serve as liaison among ACDC, IT, other InfoSec functions, IS Governance, and third parties




• Support compliance processes for third-party providers
• Collaborate with Allianz Group IT and Information Security community
• Advise on local Information Security assurance reviews (logging concepts, playbooks)
Responsabilidades
• u003e5 years in compliance, audit, governance and information security
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (combination with IT or Business Admin)
• Knowledge of enterprise security control frameworks, IT incident management, and strategic incident response design
• Thorough understanding of EU regulatory environment for financial institutions (DORA, xqbhyrx GDPR, NIS2)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work independently in international, multi-location teams with global stakeholders
• Professional curiosity, professional demeanor, problem-solving mindset, and proactive thinking
• Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical staff in high-pressure situations
