In this role you will lead the go-to-market for Financial Services u0026amp; Insurance in Spain, shaping growth strategy and executive engagement with banks, insurers, and financial institutions. You’ll partner with Avanade, Microsoft, and Accenture to turn technology investments into business outcomes, driving cloud, data u0026amp; AI, cyber, and regulatory transformation. You will build a robust pipeline, lead cross‑functional teams, and increase Avanade’s visibility in the Spanish FSI market. This is a high-visibility, impact‑driven commercial leadership opportunity.

• Stay ahead of market shifts (digital banking, open finance, AI-enabled operations, cyber resilience, regulatory transformation) and adapt value propositions
• Identify growth levers, commercial models and AI-led opportunities for growth in Spain
