In this role you drive MRO sourcing to ensure uninterrupted plant operations and cost-effective support for maintenance and reliability. You will partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, HSE, and Procurement to optimize spend, supplier performance, and risk management. You shape sourcing strategies for spare parts, services, and tooling while upholding safety and quality standards. This is a integral, collaborative environment where you help powertrain initiatives and sustainability goals. You will work in Valladolid with some travel to other Horse Powertrain sites.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for MRO categories (spare parts, consumables, services, tooling, facilities)
• Manage supplier risk, lead-time control, and inventory optimization to ensure continuous operations
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to standardize materials and services and improve efficiency
• Lead RFQs, negotiations, contracts, and supplier selection for MRO goods and services
• Drive cost reduction,



value engineering, and demand management while maintaining reliability and safety
• Perform market analysis, supplier assessments, and benchmarking to identify opportunities
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and improve performance in quality, delivery, and service
• Monitor procurement KPIs, ensure contract/policy compliance, and support sustainability and HSE objectives

Responsabilidades
• Proven track record in strategic procurement for MRO in industrial/manufacturing environments
• Experience negotiating contracts for maintenance xqbhyrx services, spare parts, and technical contractors
• Familiarity with MRO best practices, inventory optimization, and reliability methodologies
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Coupa or similar platforms, spend analysis, and ERP tools
• Strong skills in supplier relationship management and commercial negotiation
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and collaborative approach
• Knowledge of the automotive sector and Horse Powertrain business
• Fluent in English; French knowledge is a plus
