This role is focused on operating and optimizing critical production infrastructure within a measurable, performance‑driven operations environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, urgency in incident response, and a continuous improvement mindset, with exposure to automation and emerging AI‑driven operational capabilities. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liOperate and manage global production infrastructure ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of customer‑facing services. /li liTake end‑to‑end ownership of incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication with stakeholders. /li liWork within a measurable operations framework, proactively improving SLA adherence, MTTR, and operational KPIs. /li liTroubleshoot complex cross‑platform infrastructure issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud environments. /li liDrive operational excellence by continuously improving monitoring, alerting, and observability practices. /li liIdentify, develop, and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency (Infrastructure as Code, scripting, tooling). /li liContribute to the adoption of AI‑assisted operations (AIOps), predictive alerting, and intelligent automation where applicable. /li liCollaborate with DevOps, Engineering,



and Security teams to ensure platforms meet non‑functional requirements (availability, performance, scalability, and security). /li liEnsure compliance with governance and security standards including ISO 27001‑related controls. /li liMaintain accurate documentation and runbooks to support operational readiness and knowledge sharing. /li libParticipate in a 24x7 on‑call rotation, demonstrating accountability and urgency during escalations. /b /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3OPERATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS /h3 ul liStrong ownership mindset with accountability for service outcomes, not just tasks. /li liAbility to operate effectively in a high‑pressure, always‑on production environment. /li liData‑driven approach to operations, using metrics and KPIs to guide decisions and improvements. /li liContinuous improvement mindset focused on automation, simplification, and standardization. /li liProactive identification of risk and preventative action to avoid incidents. /li liClear communicator during incidents and when coordinating across teams. /li /ul h3ABOUT YOUR SKILLS /h3 ul li3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in infrastructure/platform operations roles. /li liStrong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining on‑premise enterprise infrastructure. /li liProven experience working in measurable operations environments (SLAs, KPIs, incident management). /li liExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). /li liStrong troubleshooting skills across Linux/Windows systems, virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes). /li liExperience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). /li liScripting or programming experience (Python, Bash, or similar). /li liExposure to AI/automation tooling in operations (monitoring intelligence, predictive analytics, or similar). /li liUnderstanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing).
