This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with technical leadership responsibilities, driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex hardware systems throughout the product lifecycle. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the design and development of high-speed multilayer PCBs with controlled impedance. /li liDefine system architecture for high-speed digital and mixed-signal platforms. /li liLead the development of high-speed interfaces including DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, and SerDes technologies. /li liDrive signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and RF design reviews. /li liOversee schematic design, PCB layout activities, and stack‑up definition. /li liPerform and supervise signal integrity, power integrity, and RF simulations. /li liLead hardware validation, testing, debugging, and root cause analysis activities. /li liProvide technical leadership and mentorship to hardware engineering teams. /li liCoordinate activities across FPGA, RF, embedded software, mechanical, and systems engineering teams. /li liSupport project planning, technical risk assessment, and resource allocation. /li liReview technical documentation and ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices. /li liSupport manufacturing,



product qualification, and production ramp‑up activities. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives across hardware development processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. /li liMaster’s degree is considered a strong advantage. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liA minimum of 8 years of experience in high-speed hardware and systems engineering. /li liProven experience leading technical projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams. /li liExtensive experience with high-speed digital design and complex PCB development. /li liStrong knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and transmission line theory. /li liExperience with high-speed protocols including PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, and SerDes. /li liExperience in system integration, validation, and troubleshooting of complex electronic platforms. /li liHands‑on laboratory experience using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and related test equipment. /li liExperience working in satellite, aerospace, telecommunications, or other highly regulated industries. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience leading hardware development teams. /li liRF design experience in the GHz frequency range. /li liExperience with satellite communications systems. /li liFamiliarity with FPGA-based architectures and embedded systems. /li liExperience with EMC/EMI compliance testing and certification. /li liExperience using simulation tools such as HyperLynx, ADS, HFSS, or equivalent.
