In this role you lead analytics initiatives within ABB’s Electrification Business Insights team, delivering data-driven insights and streamlined operations. You’ll partner with Business Areas and Group Functions to architect analytics and data migration solutions across SAP and non-SAP sources, while coordinating with IT and external providers. You will drive innovation in data integration, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled methods to unlock value. This position offers a adaptable Europe-wide location and a hybrid work model, with a focus on impactful, cross-functional delivery.

• Lead analytics projects in partnership with ABB Business Areas and Group Functions
• Translate business objectives into analytics insights and data-driven value
• Design and implement data migration, validation, analysis, and reporting processes
• Establish quality controls and ensure alignment with business requirements and internal controls
• Coordinate infrastructure management with global IT to keep analytics apps and servers functional




• Adapt architecture to changing requirements and manage third-party data integration/cloud providers
• Monitor data integration, cloud platforms, AI, and automation trends
• Pilot innovative analytics methods and apply AI/ML/generative AI to processes and use cases

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of experience as senior analyst or analytics manager
• Strong SAP ECC and S4/HANA knowledge
• Proficiency with data engineering, analytics and visualization tools (Informatica, Talend, Qlik Data Integration, Alteryx, Tableau, xqbhyrx Power BI, KNIME, Dataiku)
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
• SQL scripting expertise with high performance
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, cloud data architecture and platform integrations
• Expert-level ability to build data flows and automations
• Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes
• Knowledge of enterprise authentication, security and access control
• Strong teamwork, stakeholder management, and communication in English
