ppWe are looking for an Event Internal Communications Specialist to join the Veepee Spain Communications team on a temporary basis. The role involves planning and executing internal corporate events, supporting internal communications, and managing the event lifecycle. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPlan, organize and coordinate internal corporate events from concept to execution, including all staff meetings, company events, team building activities, workshops, and B2B events. /liliManage the full event lifecycle, ensuring quality, punctuality, and adherence to budget. /liliDevelop event concepts in collaboration with local and group communications teams and stakeholders. /liliSource venues, suppliers, and partners, negotiate terms and manage contracts. /liliCoordinate catering, set‑up, production, audiovisuals, merchandising, logistics and transportation. /liliPrepare, monitor and report on budgets, costs and allocated resources. /liliDevelop retro‑planning schedules, operational checklists and documentation. /liliCoordinate internal stakeholders (HR, Facilities, Leadership, international teams) and external partners (agencies, suppliers); oversee operational phases, managing issues swiftly and effectively. /liliConduct post‑event analysis: collect feedback, KPIs, and identify continuous improvement actions. /liliMonitor trends, new formats and best practices in corporate events. /liliWrite editorial content for internal channels: newsletters, intranet articles, announcements, management messages, presentations. /liliManage editorial plan and internal communication calendar. /liliPublish content using internal tools, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate tone of voice. /liliAdapt and localize international communication campaigns for the Spanish market. /liliSupport internal engagement and employer branding initiatives via content and storytelling. /liliCollaborate with departments to highlight projects,
