In this role you will design and deliver production-grade AI/GenAI solutions within Google Cloud, shaping agentic workloads that scale and stay secure. You will collaborate across teams to implement robust evaluation pipelines, observability, and reliable customer journeys. You’ll tackle latency, tool selection, and RAG-based reasoning to reduce hallucinations and improve performance. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position at the intersection of AI systems and cloud infrastructure, offering opportunities to influence product quality and reliability at scale.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Build high-performance eval pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure AI agents meet accuracy, safety, and latency requirements
• Own delivery of Customer User Journeys (CUJs), ensuring conversational flows are production-ready and aligned with top priorities
• Architect and optimize complex agentic workloads with emphasis on reasoning loops,
tool selection, and latency reduction
• Implement critical infrastructure such as rate limiting, error handling, and regional failover; develop monitoring and alerting for Go-Live windows
• Drive product feedback loops from deployment experiences and contribute to the community via whitepapers, hackathons, and blogs
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience xqbhyrx
• 6 years of software development experience with Python or similar languages
• Experience taking AI-driven solutions from conception to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP)
• Experience developing AI/GenAI solutions and designing multi-agent workflows or RAG systems
• Experience developing and deploying multilingual natural language processing models
