In this IT Project Manager role, you drive medium-to-large initiatives within Roche’s RDT Pharma domain, shaping scope, risk, and delivery strategy to ensure value delivery. You’ll navigate complex stakeholder networks, tailor delivery approaches, and propel improvements that align with broader business and informatics objectives. You’ll work cross-functionally to manage roadmaps, automate processes with AI tools, and advance cloud-based solutions that support clinical and pharma operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, opinionated, and impact-driven culture.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define, manage and control the scope of medium to large initiatives with moderate complexity
• Lead scope definition and align with strategic objectives and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate scope risks; drive scope management best practices
• Analyze and solve moderately complex delivery problems; develop improvement plans
• Manage diverse stakeholders and communicate plans; act as trusted advisor




• Influence product/domain goals and ensure value delivery across informatics
• Oversee roadmap coordination for feature requests, bug fixes and technical solutions
• Drive backlog execution in Jira and ServiceNow with Agile practices
• Apply AI-enabled tools to automate routine tasks and streamline workflows
• Maintain awareness of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCS) and consider constraints in design
• Coach and mentor teams; foster accountability and team spirit
• Navigate complex delivery environments and tailor delivery approaches to dependencies

Responsabilidades
• Delivery xqbhyrx management experience in medium to large initiatives
• Experience delivering complex features/projects across functional areas
• Ability to translate requirements into strategic implementation plans
• Strong business acumen and delivery strategy adaptation
• Proficiency with backlog management and incident/ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
• Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Coaching/mentoring mindset and accountability fostering
