As a Process Improvement Manager, you’ll streamline and elevate our processes. You’ll work with management teams to help us meet a number of operational goals, touching on topics including customer service and productivity. This dynamic role offers plenty of opportunities to continue learning every day. /p /brh3Key job responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliPlan and implement continuous improvement initiatives designed to innovate the driver experience and make our processes more efficient /li /brliAudit processes for compliance and work to close any gaps /li /brliAnalyse feedback and use data to own and implement process improvements at the site /li /brliWork with station management and other stakeholders to identify and solve process-related issues /li /br /ul /brh3A day in the life /h3 /brpAs a Process Improvement Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of making Amazon’s logistics better – which means improving safety, productivity, and quality. Part of your role will involve running observations and audits to identify where processes could be enhanced. Another part of your role will be recommending changes and using your project management and stakeholder management skills to put new processes in place. /p /brpYou’ll be based at one of our sites and accountable for positively influencing operational efficiency at the site. If needed, you will carry out analysis at other local or national sites. On top of dealing with productivity and safety,



you’ll have the opportunity to share best practices and ideas with our EU network. In this role, you’ll use data to drive improvements and continue to grow our shipping capabilities. /p /brh3About The Team /h3 /brpAmazon Extra Large (AMXL) looks after heavy items like furniture and large home appliances. Our team manages the entire service, from supply chain fulfilment to delivery and returns. What sets this service apart from others is the extra level of customer care. Not only do we deliver large items, but we unpack, assemble and install them, and take away old items where needed. With a focus on safety, productivity and innovation, we’re changing the way customers buy and receive large goods for the better. /p /brpWe have ambitious plans to expand our specialist fulfilment centres and delivery stations across the UK and Europe. While those of us who work in delivery stations will do some night shifts, most of us work during the day. Our team is made up of people across operations, supply chain, business intelligence and programme management, and everyone plays a crucial role in growing this part of the business. /p /brh3Basic Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's degree,



or Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field /li /brliExperience using data to influence business decisions /li /brliExperience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams /li /br /ul /brh3Preferred Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliExperience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma /li /brliExperience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, etc. /li /br /ul /brpAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
