Collaborate with software development teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance CI/CD pipelines. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of services. Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and configuration management tools to improve operational efficiency. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of scalable and secure systems. Conduct regular security assessments and implement best practices to safeguard our platforms. Contribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks that enhance team productivity and collaboration. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in platform engineering or a similar role. Proficiency in cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Circle CI. Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Nice to have Experience with serverless architectures and microservices design. Knowledge of database technologies such as Postgre SQL, My SQL, or No SQL databases. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello. Previous experience in a Dev Ops role or with site reliability engineering (SRE) practices. Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.
