About the role Remote in EU or hybrid in Barcelona.
Nuitée is hiring a Supplier Connectivity & Onboarding Manager (Travel), to lead and scale our core supply operations functions: Onboarding, Loading, and Connectivity.
You'll lead a team of around 15 people across these three functions, sitting at the centre of the supply organisation, accountable for making sure supply partners are onboarded efficiently, data quality is maintained, connectivity issues are resolved proactively, and operational performance keeps improving as Nuitée scales.
This is a new role at Nuitée. As the supply team has grown to around 30 people across regions, the need for a dedicated operational leader has become clear. Your job is to bring clear structure: ownership, processes, SLAs, and reporting that the team can actually run on.
A good way to think of it: you build the operational backbone behind one of the company's biggest growth targets, and act as the connective tissue between the technical and commercial sides of the business.

There are no legacy processes to untangle. You design the SOPs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks from scratch and see your fingerprint on how the entire supply org operates
