We are seeking an experienced, creative, and business-oriented Regional Marketing and Communication Leader to lead the regional Marketing and Communication team and elevate the quality, consistency, and business impact of marketing communications across key international markets.
This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and orchestrating regional communication strategy, ensuring that campaigns are planned from a regional perspective, adapted effectively by countries, and executed with excellence across online and offline touchpoints.
The ideal candidate combines strong team leadership, solid agency and stakeholder management, a deep understanding of 360 campaigns, digital tools, paid media and social media, and the ability to bring fresh ideas from consumer goods, FMCG and/or agency environments.
REGIONAL MARKETING AND COMUNICATION STRATEGY & TEAM LEADERSHIP Lead, coach, and develop the regional Marketing and Communication team, building capabilities, clear ownership, and a high-performance culture.
Define the regional Marketing and Communication priorities, annual communication calendar, and campaign roadmap in alignment with Product Marketing, Sales, Global Brand/Digital teams and countries.
Act as the regional point of reference for Marketing and Communication excellence, ensuring brand consistency, campaign quality, speed of execution, and scalability across countries.
Bring an innovation mindset and consumer-centric approach, leveraging best practices from FMCG, consumer goods, retail and/or agency environments to reinforce campaign ideas and market activation. 360 CAMPAIGN ORCHESTRATION
Lead the development, adaptation, and regional rollout of integrated 360 campaigns across B2C, B2B2C, and trade/channel audiences.
Translate business and product priorities into strong campaign platforms, creative territories, messages, toolkits, and activation plans that countries can execute efficiently.
Ensure campaigns connect offline and online touchpoints, including POS/trade materials, PR, video, websites, e-commerce/marketplace assets, CRM/email, organic social and paid media.
Lead agency briefing, creative development, production, localization, approvals and post campaign learning loops, ensuring quality and efficiency at each stage.
DIGITAL, PAID MEDIA & SOCIAL MEDIA Define regional digital activation principles and media guidelines, ensuring an integrated approach across paid, owned and earned channels.
Oversee paid media strategy and planning across key channels such as paid search, paid social,
display/programmatic, video, retail media and other performance or awareness channels as relevant.
Guide social media strategy, content planning, community activation and influencer/KOL opportunities in coordination with local teams and agencies.
Promote the use of digital tools and data-driven decision-making, including campaign dashboards, analytics platforms, social listening, DAM, PIM and marketing automation tools when applicable.
BRAND, CONTENT & COMMUNICATION ASSETS Own the regional campaign toolkit process, ensuring countries receive clear guidance, ready-to use assets, messaging frameworks and localization instructions.
Ensure the development and consistency of B2C and B2B2C communication materials, including brand content, product visuals, brochures, videos, digital content, campaign landing pages and sales-support assets.
Partner with Product Marketing team to ensure campaign narratives, launch materials and sales enablement content are aligned, clear and market-ready.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT & REGIONAL GOVERNANCE Lead the transition from a mainly country-by-country Marketing and Communication approach to a more centralized and orchestrated regional model.
Define and implement ways of working, roles and responsibilities, briefing processes, approval flows, localization governance, and campaign milestones across countries.
Influence and align stakeholders across local Marketing/Sales teams, General Brand/Digital teams, Product Marketing, agencies and external partners to drive adoption of the regional model.
PERFORMANCE, BUDGET & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Define campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate reach, engagement, lead generation, traffic, conversion, sales support and brand impact where data is available.
Manage regional Marketing and Communication budgets, media investment recommendations and agency resources, ensuring efficient allocation and transparent tracking.
Build post-campaign analysis and best-practice sharing routines to improve future campaigns and accelerate learning across countries.
STRATEGIC IMPACT Build and lead a stronger regional Marketing and Communication function able to deliver higher impact, more consistent and more efficient campaigns across the region.
Increase the strategic contribution of Marketing and Communication to business priorities, product launches, brand equity, channel activation and consumer engagement.
Drive a change in mindset and ways of working, moving from isolated local execution to regional orchestration with clear standards, scalable toolkits and measurable results.

Proven experience leading integrated 360 campaigns across offline and online channels.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, paid media, social media, content planning and campaign performance measurement.
Strong change management skills and ability to implement new ways of working across countries and functions.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a multi-country, matrix environment.
Experience managing creative, media, digital and/or production agencies, from briefing to delivery and evaluation.
Consumer-centric mindset, ideally built in FMCG, consumer goods, retail and/or agency environments.
Analytical mindset and good use of campaign dashboards, Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of tools and platforms such as GA4, paid media platforms, social media management tools, CMS, DAM, PIM and marketing automation is a plus.
Positive, proactive, collaborative and well-structured mindset.
Willingness to travel internationally to engage with country teams, agencies, partners and business stakeholders (approx. 30% of the time).
Requirements Academics and background Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or Economics degree;
specialization in Marketing/Communications preferred.
+8 years in Marketing and Communication, brand activation, integrated campaigns or digital marketing;
ideally in FMCG, consumer goods or retail.
Proven team leadership, agency management and multi-country stakeholder management;
regional experience highly valued.
Strong 360 campaign experience across offline, digital, paid media, social media and content production. Agency-side background or senior agency management experience is a plus.
Languages: professional English and Spanish required;
Other languages are a plus.
