The Opportunity

The marketing manager is responsible for the design and execution of the division’s marketing plan. Working with the sales team, this position will be responsible for community specific marketing initiatives that will ultimately drive increased traffic, resulting in higher sales volume.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Plans
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans for assigned divisions and communities.
- Analyze market research, competitive activity,



and local trends to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to division leadership.
- Create and support community-specific marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation.

- Marketing Promotions

- Develop and manage the division's annual and quarterly marketing calendar, including customer events, grand openings, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
- Plan and execute marketing events and promotional campaigns that increase brand visibility, community traffic, and customer engagement.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver engaging event experiences while managing promotional materials, signage, and directional marketing programs.
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to implement local advertising and digital marketing initiatives across web, social media, domains.
