Are you passionate about turning brand and commercial strategy into activation that drives real impact with consumers? Do you want to be the critical link between Brand Marketing and Commercial teams across Spain and France? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

As our new Marketing Manager , you will be part of the Trade & Activation team, reporting to the Director of Trade and Consumer Activation , and leading a team of four. In this role, you will own the brand activation agenda across Spain and France— translating brand and commercial strategies into impactful market activation plans that drive adult consumer engagement, strengthen brand equity, and deliver commercial growth.





You will work closely with Brand Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure our brands come to life consistently and effectively across channels, customers, and consumer touchpoints, while guiding your team to execute with precision and impact. This is a great opportunity to act as the critical link between brand strategy and commercial execution in an international organization.

What Your Day Will Look Like

- Lead and own the brand activation agenda for Spain and France, translating brand and commercial priorities and channel-specific strategies into impactful market programs.
- Direct the development and execution of annual activation plans that drive adult consumer recruitment, engagement, retention, and brand preference across the portfolio.
