The team

- Country Manager previously scaled sales teams from 20 to 80 reps at a leading French SaaS scale-up
- Senior team from Doctolib, PayFit, Qonto, Alan
- 60,000+ customers across Europe, 2,500+ already in Spain since 2025

The role

A true first-hire seat: you 'll close inbound deals end to end while directly shaping how the Spanish sales playbook, pitch and process get built. You 'll work across discovery, qualification, closing,



and cross-functional input with Marketing, Product and Support.

99% inbound, 1-5 day sales cycle, high transaction volume, HubSpot/Aircall stack.

Compensation

- ~2 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, with real closing ownership
- Comfortable on the phone, data-driven, high energy
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, still-being-built environment

Nice to have: SMB/freelancer sales background, CRM (HubSpot) experience, startup/scale-up experience. xhfqzwm
