What You’ll Do:

As part of our HR team, you'll play an active role in attracting and hiring top talent while gaining exposure to different HR processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and support candidate selection.
- Coordinate interviews, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Prepare candidate profiles and interview reports.
- Maintain and update our candidate database.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR team on talent acquisition and people-related projects.
- Provide support with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

- Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Psychology or a related field.
- Able to sign an internship agreement with your university.
- English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and people development.
