With a strong reputation built on safety, performance and people, we continue to grow our project delivery capability across a diverse portfolio of civil works. /ppDue to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced bContracts Manager /b to join our Civil team and play a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale projects. /ppbAbout the Role /b /ppReporting to the Operations Manager, the Contracts Manager will oversee the commercial and contractual management of civil construction projects from tender award through to project completion. /ppThis role will suit a commercially astute professional who thrives in fast-paced project environments and can build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and operational teams. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage head contracts and subcontract agreements across civil projects /liliOversee contract administration, compliance and risk management /liliReview, negotiate and administer variations, claims and extensions of time /liliSupport project teams with commercial advice and contractual guidance /liliMonitor project performance against budgets,
