You will drive launches, multichannel campaigns, and market access initiatives, collaborating with medical, sales, and access teams. You’ll manage regional Pu0026amp;
L, KPIs, and ROI, and partner with key opinion leaders and physicians to advance rare-disease therapies. This is a high-impact position in a multinational, mission-driven company.

Create Regional Marketing Plan in sync with Global Management Team for Iberia launches
Shape market dynamics, standard of care, and treatment demand in a complex market
Coordinate market research with key stakeholders
Lead marketing analytics, projections, and KPI-based performance tracking
Collaborate with Access team to align initiatives and submissions in Iberia
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, advocates, and key opinion leaders
Ensure local execution of general marketing priorities across medical, access, and sales teams
Manage internal partnerships and cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and medical teams
Develop comprehensive business plans to support market development and cost-effective operations
Lead multi-product,



multi-channel strategies (print, digital, events, virtual)
Oversee Pu0026L concepts and coordinate initiatives to meet goals
Implement ROI tools to maximize initiative impact
Demonstrate strong project management and leadership in a cross-functional setting
Drive launches and lifecycle management in Iberia
Monitor and optimize performance through defined KPIs and dashboards
Responsabilidades
Minimum of 10 years in Marketing and at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in rare diseases or high-cost products
Experience launching complex products in Spanish and Portuguese markets
Proven ability to develop lifecycle marketing strategies
Experience with nephrology, cardiology, genetics, neurology, and pediatric endocrinology stakeholders
Experience working in a multinational company and leading strategic discussions and forums
Ability to lead the Iberia market approach in a multicultural environment
Fluent English and Portuguese mandatory
Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
Collaborative mindset, leadership, problem solving, and decision making
People management and development experience
Good technical skills: Strategy development, Rare Disease Marketing Dynamics, Brand Development and Management
