We're now looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Manager to join our Barcelona team and own the relationship with our German-speaking clients.
Your Mission
You'll be the strategic partner our German clients rely on. Not a support role - a business partner role. Your job is to make sure they get real, measurable value from Spendesk, stay with us, and grow with us.
What You'll Do
Own your client relationships
Build strong, trusted partnerships with Finance Managers, CFOs and key decision-makers across the German market
Proactively advise clients on best practices and platform optimisation - anticipate their needs before they even ask
Drive adoption and ensure every client gets the most out of Spendesk from day one
Protect and grow revenue
