Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking travellers via phone, email, and live chat, assisting with accommodation bookings, modifications, and cancellations on the Booking.com platform.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information on travel destinations, properties, and tourism-related services to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, disputes,



and complex booking issues in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner consistent with Booking.com's service standards.
- Liaise effectively with hotels, property managers, and tourism partners to facilitate seamless travel experiences for customers.
- Process refunds, payment queries, and special accommodation requests, ensuring complete accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain detailed and precise records of all customer interactions within the CRM system, ensuring full compliance with data protection regulations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell relevant tourism products, services, and travel add-ons that enhance the customer journey.
- Collaborate with team members and team leaders to consistently achieve individual and team performance targets and quality benchmarks.

Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in Dutch.

Candidates must already be living in Malaga ( or the Costa Del Sol area ).
Previous experience in customer service, tourism, travel, or a related hospitality industry sector is highly advantageous.
Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure.
Comfortable working on-site in Malaga in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good working knowledge of digital tools, CRM platforms,



and the ability to navigate online booking systems with ease.
