We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a French Speaking Customer Service Agent for Cybersecurity Services position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-level assistance to clients regarding their cybersecurity software and digital protection tools.

Requirements

- Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Prior experience in a technical support or customer service environment, ideally within a SaaS or security-focused industry.
