About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona within the Finance Department ,
the Accounts Receivable Accountant is responsible for managing the full accounts receivable cycle, ensuring accurate billing, timely collection of outstanding balances, and maintaining the integrity of customer accounts. The Accounts Receivable Accountant reports to the Assistant Director of Finance / Director of Finance .
As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, recording receipts, and applying customer payments.
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
