Amadeus is seeking a Client-Facing Support Agent to help hospitality clients maximize value from the Guest Management System (GMS). You will resolve issues, deliver product training, and ensure a seamless user experience while building long-lasting client relationships.
The adecuado candidate has a hospitality or IT background, 2+ years in a customer-facing role, and hands-on experience with CRM or hotel reservation platforms. Fluent English and ability to work Tue–Sat are desired.
