About the Role:
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the management of his/her own congresses' marketing activities. He/She manages a Team of Marketing Managers and Marketing Coordinators. He/She also develops marketing strategies, manages budgets and promotional activities and communicates with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage your own congresses' marketing activities;

- Manage Marketing Coordinators/ Senior Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Managers;

- Be the one point of contact for congresses' marketing needs;

- Develop the congresses' brand and marketing strategies;

- Prepare and adhere congresses' budgets;

- Oversee the different marketing campaigns;

- Manage internal and external interfaces to ensure successful deliveries of marketing activities;

- Plan and implement promotional campaigns;

- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results;





- Create a wide range of different marketing materials (online and offline, including videos);

- Report on progress and effectiveness of the different campaigns;

- Perform other tasks related to the company's activity and its work, according to a specific assignment by the direct manager or the Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Highly motivated, team player;

- Time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask;

- Communication and project management skills;

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

- Experience in managing clients, market research and analysis;

- Experience in managing a team is an advantage
