Location: Madrid, Spain

Work model: Hybrid

Working hours: Full‑time – 39 hours per week

Contract: Permanent contract

Salary: €22,000 – €23,000 gross per year (language bonus included)

Start date: 20 July 2026

Initial training: Fully paid, on‑site in Madrid

Your role

- Provide multi‑channel customer support aligned with luxury brand standards
- Manage customer inquiries, requests, and incidents efficiently
- Deliver a premium customer experience across all interactions
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring quality, accuracy, and professionalism

What we offer

- Permanent, full‑time contract
- Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday between 07:50 and 20:00




- Gross annual salary starting at €22,100, including language bonus
- Additional availability bonus of up to €400 gross per month for weekend coverage outside regular working hours
- Fully paid initial training (3 weeks), Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
- Hybrid work model according to project guidelines

What we are looking for

- Native or bilingual Spanish
- Advanced English level (minimum C1)
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong customer orientation and digital skills
- Interest in the luxury automotive sector
- Portuguese language skills are a plus
- Legal eligibility to work in Spain
