Key Responsibilities

- Deliver premium support to players via chat, email, and phone, maintaining a deep understanding of industry-specific gaming terminology.

- Engage with the Gaming & Esports community to foster loyalty and provide real-time assistance during major tournament events.
- Document and escalate player feedback to improve the overall gaming experience for our Polish-speaking user base.
- Ensure compliance with internal gaming security policies and responsible gaming guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting KPIs set within the fast-paced Gaming & Esports sector.

Requirements

- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- A genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and current gaming trends.




- Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is considered a significant advantage.
