Key Responsibilities

- Resolve logistics-related issues, including customs clearance queries and inventory routing concerns.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the company, carriers, and end-customers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity within our logistics platform.
- Proactively troubleshoot transit delays and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely resolutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction metrics within the logistics department.

Requirements

- Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.




- Excellent communication skills and a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong proficiency in digital tools and computer literacy.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while based in Spain.
