Requirements

- Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is required for this role.
- A strong command of the English language for corporate internal communication.
- Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in Spain.
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach to customer service challenges.




- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in mobility services, tech, or travel industries.
