職務内容
Job Summary
This position supervises the processing of documents in compliance with Customs and other government regulatory agency requirements. He/She manages the workload of hourly staff, developing team goals, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, and training hourly employees on compliance with regulations and requirements. This position maintains productivity and is well versed on international commerce and transportation industry changes. He/She manages customer relationships for assigned clients and oversees services provided to the clients.
