This position offers hands?on experience in HR and contributes to creating an exceptional employee experience.What You'll DoCoordinate interviews and distribute assessments for various roles, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.Post job openings across college networks, job boards, and social media platforms to expand the pool of qualified candidates.Partner with the HR team on recruiting, training, employee communications, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and process improvements.Maintain and update employee records using HR systems, gaining exposure to enterprise cloud technologies.Administer background checks for new hires and follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process.Troubleshoot HR-related issues and assist managers and leaders in creating a positive, thriving work environment.Who you areEnthusiastic, proactive,



and ready to grow with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; Excel skills are welcome.Fluent in English (bonus points for 1–2 additional EU languages).
Self?starter with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Passionate about continuous improvement and making meaningful contributions to the team.Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service is a plus but not required.Base Salary & BenefitsBase salary compensation range will be offered within the stated range.
A target bonus is available.
