Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) for our Polish-speaking jobs.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer service, with a preference for candidates who have worked in healthcare or pharmaceutical-related environments.




- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex product information clearly.
- A proactive mindset, comfortable working in a remote capacity within Spain while maintaining high productivity levels.
- Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate complex medical software and CRM tools.
