Responsibilities
1. Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards
Lead the development, review, and implementation of Compensation & Benefits programs across multiple geographies.
Contribute to the design and governance of salary structures, grading frameworks, incentive schemes, and reward policies.
Manage compensation benchmarking and salary market analysis to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
Support annual compensation review cycles, including salary reviews, bonus proposals, and promotion-related compensation decisions.
Participate in the design, documentation, and implementation of:
Fixed compensation structures
Variable compensation plans
Executive compensation frameworks
Coordinate benefits programs and work with external providers to ensure competitive and efficient benefit offerings.
Provide analysis and recommendations on compensation trends, reward practices, and employee value proposition initiatives.
2. Performance Management & Organizational Effectiveness
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes.
Ensure alignment between individual performance, career development, and reward strategies.
Support the definition of KPIs and performance evaluation frameworks.
Participate in organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives.
Generate HR metrics and insights to support decision-making.
3. Senior Talent Acquisition & Executive Search
Lead selected recruitment processes for senior, strategic, and hard-to-fill positions across Europe and the US.
Define sourcing strategies and conduct market mapping exercises for key business-critical roles.
Build and maintain pipelines of highly specialized talent.
Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate technical and leadership capabilities.
Monitor compensation trends, talent market dynamics, and competitor practices.
Provide data-driven insights on hiring trends, salary positioning, and workforce challenges.
Support reporting and HR analytics initiatives related to compensation, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness.
Target Experience
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Economics, or related field.
7-10+ years of HR experience, with significant exposure to Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
Proven experience designing or managing compensation structures, salary reviews, bonus schemes, and reward policies.
Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
Experience with STIP, LTIP, executive compensation, and international reward frameworks.
Experience managing benefits programs and working with external providers.
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or strategic recruitment.
International experience across Europe and/or the US.
Experience in Data Center, Energy, Infrastructure, Engineering, or similar sectors is highly valued.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with HR data and reporting.
